Tummy time then and now

Tummy time then...

We started tummy time as soon as Reese came home from the hospital (as instructed in our baby class). I think this picture was taken on the first day home. As you can see, Reese was more interested in sleeping than in developing her ability to hold her head up.

Since then, tummy time has always been kind of a struggle for us. She pretty much hated it and would just get mad and start yelling whenever we tried it.

Luckily, she learned to hold her head up just fine without having much tummy time.

Tummy time today...

In the last couple of days she has learned to love tummy time! She really likes staring at Lenny the Lion...

And just look at all of the hair! Well, you can't really see it well in this picture, but just take my word for it. She has been getting a lot more blond hair in the last couple of weeks! FINALLY!
